Flowers arrived on time and were beautiful. Lovely, full arrangement that matched very closely to the on-line pictures. Frequent updates as too status of order was very appreciated as I am in Boston, and the flowers were delivered locally. Overall a great experience

These were sent to a friend in Columbus. She called saying they looked just like the picture--perhaps better. She was not aware of the House of Blair in Columbus, but will not use them whenever she needs to send flowers.
